Fetch a global allocation template for a business unit and locale

GET 
/demand/accounts/:account_id/business-units/:business_unit_id/global-allocation-templates/:template_id

This endpoint will return a global allocation specification template based on a template id, business unit id and locale. This specification are set for the open exchange suppliers and will also return all the private exchange suppliers within the blocked suppliers group, if the business unit have any private deals.

A successful response returns the global allocation template.

Response Headers
    traceparent

    The traceparent header carries the trace ID and parent span ID, as defined by the W3C Trace Context specification. It's used to trace a single request as it moves through multiple services.

    tracestate

    The tracestate header complements the traceparent header by carrying vendor-specific trace information. This allows different services to add their own data to a trace.
