Retrieve the IDs of relevant default allocation templates
GET/demand/accounts/{account_id}/default-allocation-templates
A convenience endpoint that returns the applicable default allocation templates of multiple kinds for the given account.
If business_unit_id and country_code are not provided, it returns only the account-level default template, if one exists.

Response Headers
The traceparent header carries the trace ID and parent span ID, as defined by the W3C Trace Context specification. It's used to trace a single request as it moves through multiple services.
