Bulk create country allocation templates
POST/demand/accounts/{account_id}/business-units/{business_unit_id}/country-allocation-templates/bulk
Creates country-level allocation templates for multiple countries at once for the given account and business unit. Returns the created templates and any country codes for which creation failed. Set is_default to true to make each created template the default for its business unit and country, replacing any previous default there.

Some templates were created and some were not. Check failed_country_codes for the ones that could not be created.

Response Headers
The traceparent header carries the trace ID and parent span ID, as defined by the W3C Trace Context specification. It's used to trace a single request as it moves through multiple services.
The tracestate header complements the traceparent header by carrying vendor-specific trace information. This allows different services to add their own data to a trace.
