Launches a fielding run now
POST/demand/accounts/{account_id}/projects/{project_id}/target-groups/{target_group_id}/fielding-runs/{fielding_run_id}/launch-now
Update the fielding run's fielding period to start now and launch the fielding run. Both start and end time of the fielding run will be updated.
