Fetches allocations for a target group
GET/demand/accounts/{account_id}/projects/{project_id}/target-groups/{target_group_id}/allocation-specification
This endpoint will return the allocations of a target group. Allowing you to see which suppliers are blocked, how the allocated suppliers are distributed into groups, and what their minimum and maximum percentages are.

A successful response returns allocations for a target group.
A request is not valid and can't be processed.
A request is unauthorized.
