Fetches allocations for a target group
GET/demand/accounts/:account_id/projects/:project_id/target-groups/:target_group_id/allocation-specification
This endpoint will return the allocations of a target group. Allowing you to see which suppliers are blocked, how the allocated suppliers are distributed into groups, and what their minimum and maximum percentages are.

A successful response returns allocations for a target group.
A request is not valid and can't be processed.
