Get re-entry configuration for a target group

GET 
/demand/accounts/{account_id}/projects/{project_id}/target-groups/{target_group_id}/re-entry-configuration

This endpoint will retrieve the current re- entry configuration of the given target group. This endpoint is not applicable for drafts, drafts will return a 404. This endpoint is only applicable if your account has access to this feature. If your account does not have access, it will result in a 403 forbidden error. For more information if you need this behavior, please contact your account manager.
