Generate interlocked profile from provided profiles

/demand/accounts/{account_id}/drafts/generate-interlocked-profile

This API lets you create interlocked profiles without an existing target group, allowing you to experiment with various conditions. It automatically applies supplier distribution data to quotas on the interlocked profile.

You can interlock up to 3 profiles; when using interlocked profiles on a draft target group, you are limited to up to 150 total quotas defined (including interlock) on launch.

Note that this API is applicable only for draft target groups.
