Delete an Exclusion Group by its ID if it has no associated target groups
DELETE/demand/accounts/{account_id}/exclusion-groups/{exclusion_group_id}
Deletes a specific Exclusion Group by its ID. This is used to clean up unused Exclusion Groups or those that are not longer useful. You must remove all the target groups from within an Exclusion Group before deleting it. If the requested Exclusion Group has any target groups associated with it, the request will fail.
