Create an interlocked profile

/demand/accounts/{account_id}/projects/{project_id}/target-groups/{target_group_id}/profiles/create-interlocked-profile

For use with live target groups. Use this endpoint to generate interlocked profile from up to 3 existing profiles with quotas enabled, up to 150 total quotas. Supplier distribution will be automatically applied to the quotas.
